Parking space for a large car, with the possibility of buying the next one (lot of two, savings of €2,000), more than 10 m2, with a double entrance and exit ramp (very wide), has night surveillance (included in community expenses) and day caretaker. Very easy access. Located on Avenida de Roma with Viladomat, it has its origins in the layout of the railway line that since 1859 connects the center of Barcelona with Martorell, passing through Sants station. The Barcelona expansion scheme designed by Ildefonso Cerdá was adapted to this layout, so that the perpendicular streets, where they cross at the train tracks, were interrupted by a level crossing. During the first third of the 20th century, the tracks were lowered in level, in a ditch, as was already the case in Aragón street, so that the level crossings were replaced by bridges. In 1960, coinciding with the coverage of the ditch from Calle de Aragón, a section of Avenida de Roma, up to Urgell, was also buried. The coverage of the remaining section, up to the Sants station, was not carried out until 1976. During the years 2000 and 2010, the avenue was redeveloped, which entailed the transformation of the side lanes into pedestrian lanes.
