The net building coefficient is 0.36 m² of constructed surface for each square meter of land. The buildable volume is calculated by multiplying the occupation of the plot by a maximum height of 6 meters, without exceeding a total volume of 3,000 m³ or exceeding 8 meters in height at any point of the building.

The main building may occupy up to 30% of the total surface of the plot. On the upper floor, the first floor will have an occupation limited to 20% of the ground floor (equivalent to 6% of the total surface of the plot).
