The next four floors are currently divided into two duplex apartments; each duplex has a living-dining room, toilet, and kitchen on one floor, and bedrooms and a full bathroom on the next. The top floor is a rooftop terrace with spectacular 360-degree views. This house could be for a single family or divided into four apartments or studios for the same family. The drawback is that it is an older building and the ceiling height does not comply with current regulations, preventing us from dividing the units. To do so, we would have to sacrifice one of the floors to increase the height of the remaining three. In this way, we could have three complete individual apartments with horizontal division.
